Almost a boo-boo finish

Hello fellowbloggers. Good news or bad news?
No, none of the bad news (that's the good news) as I caught my mistake before framing Be the One. How could this escape my notice? Maybe I was too caught up with backstitch, that once done I thought it was complete.
Good thing last night, I looked at the booklet for a comparison in framing, lo and behold, there! I saw what's missing in mine:) Do you know how to make a pompom? Here's my puny attempt:
Isn't that adorable just the same? haha.
Without further ado...

These are wrapped in kraft paper and to be opened when we get there (yes, I hid it under my duffel bag, she has to wait... coz I don't want her looking at the smudges of glue just yet. On second thought, I do have slightly bad news, I got two very little burn spots on both thumbs, that's how clumsy you get with a gluegun when you're in such a hurry.
Thanks for visiting. Happy Stitching!

  9. These two look great together. The frames and the backing fabric is a great way to tie two different designs together.
