Happy Day & Cat

Hello dear friends.
It's already December! Christmas is just around the corner:) Things are really getting a bit busier here. Frankly, I haven't crossed off much from the gift list, I was able to buy only for those who live far and need to mail them before the end of this week. For those around me, I could always do some last minute shopping:( Good news is, at work I have a lot of PTO hours that I need to use before yearend (or else it's forfeited). Bad news is, since it's busier, I can only take one off day a week, or go home earlier (so that sounds good too, I get to stitch earlier when I come home, haha).
Contented Cat got some good lovin' on the stitching table.
Red and green stitching (#817 and #987). Lovin' those apples:
Since I spent most of my stitching time with Cat, I only got snippets of backstitching on Happy Day:

That's where I stopped, I didn't even finish the bottom of her purse! I'm moving on to Reindeer Games, I really have to finish this piece now that the Christmas countdown has begun.
Thanks for visiting. Happy Stitching!
